Job Qualities/Duties

  • You care about people. Our technicians are the face of CardioQuip in the field. CardioQuip technicians are responsive, proactive, and empathetic to customer problems.

  • You’re technical. We find solutions that help save lives. CardioQuip technicians service, troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install patient temperature control equipment that is used in open-heart surgery and other applications.

  • You’re all about the details. In the medical profession, details matter. CardioQuip technicians maintain and distribute customer service reports, logs, and records in an organized and timely manner.

  • You’re not afraid to collaborate. At CardioQuip, the best ideas win. We encourage everyone from our engineers to our technicians to improve our methods, systems, and techniques.

  • You love to travel. We have over 2000 machines and customers in all 50 states. Our technicians travel 60-70% of the time.

  • You own it. Taking initiative means mistakes will happen. Our employees take ownership of each job we do, and come up with solutions, not excuses. At the end of the day, we want to celebrate our victories and learn from our mistakes.

  • You hate fun.  Just kidding. In fact, if you hate fun, apply someplace else. Being a part of the CardioQuip team is serious fun. We are a collection of gamers, hunters, sports nuts, artists, musicians, and nerf-hoop ballers.
